1. How to Place an Order
Registration is not required in order to shop with us. Simply click the Order button under the selected products and fill in the required information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
We will contact you at the phone number provided to confirm your order.
The ordered items will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery costs are covered by the customer.
2. Payment Methods

- Bank transfer
3. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the courier company SPEEDY to the provided home address, office address, or a SPEEDY office of your choice. The delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. The delivery cost will be displayed before completing your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.
Delivery via ECONT is performed according to their standard rates, with the delivery cost fully covered by the customer.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used
- The packaging is intact and undamaged
- The product is returned in the condition in which it was received
After receiving your return request form, we will contact you by phone within 24 hours to confirm the return. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 24 hours, either as store credit points in your account or via bank transfer.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website are final, stated in euros, and include VAT. Tovamiasto.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Customers are charged the price valid at the time of purchase.
